What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Unrealistic timeline expectations and no work-life balance for the people actually doing the work.
Trusting their employees and some of the talented people who come to work for them. CEO is a nutjob, and so is his brother. But the worst are the folks directly working for the co-founders. They act openly in bad faith.
Doing literally anything to help their employees/acting as if they have a responsibility to their employees

Need to balance with the current market rate along with the overall experience
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The turnover was so high that I never could establish a workable relationship
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
there is no company culture, they show no responsibility to employees, it's a shell company to assist their 'clients' with tax evasion
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The actual interview process is a joke, but they ask for very strange documents, such as a high school diploma, and ask you to email sensitive information (like SSN) rather than submitting it in a proper, secure HR portal.

Low trust environment. Highly litigious founders.
