
Getting to meet with a wide selection of the team let me feel out the company's culture and values more so than places who have you talk with one or two immediate potential coworkers.
We constantly try to improve the process, by making it less burdensome to the interviewers and also identifying task-relevant measures. We try to identify those people who are both talented and nice.
I felt like they were looking for the right "match" to fill the position, not just someone capable. They want to make sure whoever is hired is just as enthusiastic about the product as the rest of the team.
