Leadership at Picwell is all about letting their team do their best work! They are supportive, encouraging, and enthusiastic - which transfers to the entire team. This is by far the best leadership team I've ever worked with.

The health insurance benefit has improved in the past year. Stock options are also a nice benefit, even if comparable to other startups.

The best part about my compensation package is that they pay me very fairly - but even if they didn't I'd probably still want to work here because the product and people are so outstanding.

It's like a "work hard, play casual" culture - The team is always willing to have a casual "watercooler chat" or a beer after work, but that never seems to impede the enthusiasm to get the work done.

Getting to meet with a wide selection of the team let me feel out the company's culture and values more so than places who have you talk with one or two immediate potential coworkers.

We constantly try to improve the process, by making it less burdensome to the interviewers and also identifying task-relevant measures. We try to identify those people who are both talented and nice.

I felt like they were looking for the right "match" to fill the position, not just someone capable. They want to make sure whoever is hired is just as enthusiastic about the product as the rest of the team.
