Very ambitious team. They have secured necessary financing and brought in great people managers.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Very collaborative group. Prior to working at Pillar, I worked in an environment that often included micromanagement. The team here allows you to work independently and values your opinion.
My team communicates with each other very effectively. They care about me and I feel valued here.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They often host events at the office and we also recently had an employee outing where we decided our cultural beliefs as a team.
Great company culture and I feel that our staff is very excited about our new products and services.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
I met with stakeholders from finance, operations, QA and QC. This allowed me to get valuable insights from members outside of my department.
Very quick interview process. I had a phone interview and video interview. The entire process(application to offer) took about 3 weeks.
