Once we are remote and people first, I like the way how the RH is running after new benefits to retain talents.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary that I get is not fear with the job that I do. I search about it with a lot of other companies and they use to pay 2x what Pipefy pays. This is very bad for the motivation!! Especially on days like those that Brazil's economy is running.
