It has being a great journey so far! Since I joined I could challenge myself in an area I was already senior, and after that I received the opportunity to challenge myself in other area inside the company! That made me fell valuable :)

People! Most of decisions that the company makes is thinking about people, thinking about what is the best for the employees, for the community and also for our clients, and when I say clients I'm not talking about the companies, but the people that work on this companies.
