I love to work at Pipefy. The best company I have ever worked with in my life. I do benchmarking and Pipefy isn't compared to any other.

I'm a Pipefy fan, I love everything, but what disheartens me is seeing that Pipefy is too permissive in some situations and this is already having consequences for us. Also, I see some (few) toxic people.

There are people outside the Pipefy culture. People need to understand that the company is growing and for this to happen in an organized way, they need to follow flows and processes.
