Put people first with no matter any physical characteristics of religion, gender, and origin is very cool because I like to live with diversity.

Being a people first company is pretty awesome, when I first came to Pipefy, I didn't actually feel like I was just a new employee hired to performance a specific role, I felt embraced.

Flexibility to work at my pace, open space to do suggestion and develop my ideas and also the fact of being challenged every single day, I don't even remember how to be in comfort zone feels like.
