I think there is a gap of compensation between the Brazilian team and the US team

I think we have a very open and non-toxic environment. I really enjoy to work with my teammates and I learn a ton from them

We are super open to discuss and address performance issues, in a judgmental-free way. There are specific action items based on feedbacks and comments from the team
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think the constant loop of feedback and growth opportunities presented. I constantly know if I am going in the right direction or not with my initiatives and results
