The enviroment. Everyone works hard, but everyone have a great energy.

That they embrace EVERYONE, no metter what color, religion or sexual orientation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That there is no competition whatsoever. We all work to the same goal.

They really are peope first. If you invest your time and energy on the company, they invest in you.
