I truly like working for Pipefy. It's a safe environment with nice people and amazing professionals. As all the companies sometimes we also have our struggles and don't agree 100% with everything but I believe Pipefy knows how to get those disagreements and turn them into growth.

I feel the salary is lower than other companies but we have a high comission.

We work a lot together and truly worry about each other, there is no competition on the team.

How they care about people before anything. It's amazing to feel empowered everyday as a person and a professional.

Having the opportunity to learn and develop not only my career but also help our customers to develop their companies.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It used to be the events we had when we had an office. Currently, I think the people that I get to work with are the best part of the companies culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are super transparent about the challenges we face and really ask for suggestions all the time. This makes the team feel like we really belong here and we are helping to make it to the moon!
