Open door policy (skip level is accepted). Honest caring feedback (Radical candor).
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Many of the benefits are very very useful to me and my family (e.g. babysitter aid, health and dental plan...) but one that I really appreciate is the possibility of using the education aid`s monthly pre-approved limit to buy books, and not only to pay for courses.
