Overall I'm having a good experience. In the first months I was in a state of awe with the culture and potential it has to grow, but after a while I saw that in the area I work, we didn't receive much support, probably 'cause it's not a focus of Pipefy as other areas and it bumps me down a little.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've moved to another area more complex and to help develop it, but my compensation still the same as when I entered the company. It would make me feel a lot better if they review the compensation for my role and have a more clear structure about the variable compensation as well, which I don't have
