Pipefy has a fast-growing environment, but not always our salary matches our level of responsibility. It would be nice to clarify titles and responsibilities, so we don't feel left behind.

The salary that I get is not fear with the job that I do. I search about it with a lot of other companies and they use to pay 2x what Pipefy pays. This is very bad for the motivation!! Especially on days like those that Brazil's economy is running.

There are people outside the Pipefy culture. People need to understand that the company is growing and for this to happen in an organized way, they need to follow flows and processes.

too many things going on at once yet we say focus and prioritize. Leaders can't seem to do that.
