Mr. Bruce Urbanek has been Managing Director of Piper Jaffray Companies since October 2017. Mr. Urbanek served as a Vice President of Houlihan Lokey, Inc. since 2010. He worked for Goldman Sachs and Citigroup. He is registered with FINRA as a General Securities Representative (Series 7 and 63) and a Limited Representative ' Investment Banking (Series 79). Prior to joining Piper Jaffray, he was a Co-Founder and Director of the financial technology investment banking practice at Houlihan Lokey, Inc. He served as a Vice President in the Financial Institutions Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and had positions within the financial institutions and technology groups at Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. Over the course of his career, he has advised on a wide variety of M&A and capital-raising transactions for clients in the payments, financial processing, lending and capital markets sectors. ?? Mr. Urbanek received his B.S. in Finance and Entrepreneurship/Small Business Management from Florida State University.
