Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I haven't started working here yet
They have a good set of values and understand the value of people
The communication, hands down! Never worked at a place with with this quality level of top down communication.
Leadership is transparent, engaged and accessible. All new employees get to have lunch with John, the CEO, and do a meet and greet with the leadership team.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I haven't started working here yet
It is very competitive and hard work is rewarded
Quarterly bonus payments are a very nice benefit. We work hard to meet our aggressive quarterly goals, and we are rewarded for it when we do.
Bonuses are given out if company hits metrics.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
Energetic, friendly and often supportive
The trust in each other. We hold each other accountable and we know the person next to us is going to do their job to the best of their ability.
The team is collaborative and more supportive and encouraging than anywhere else I've worked. People genuinely care and support one another. Everyone works hard but respects work-life-balance.
Ping pong, people, hands off, great product that keeps everyone happy.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I haven't started working here yet
There is a growth mindset focused on productivity and fun
We treat each other with respect. We have tough, but necessary, conversations at times but it is always done with constructive comments and respect.
PitchBook is very deliberate about curating a fun, supportive culture. There is a dedicated employee engagement coordinator on staff to plan company-wide events and activities. Trainers are also on staff to lead a two-week course on the private market for all new hires and a manager training program

What did you like most about the interview process?
I haven't started working here yet
I got to meet with my direct reports as well as my managers
No strong arm tactics! Just great conversations to get to know people and what drives them.
I had the opportunity to meet with six potential team members during the interview process. The HR lady was also very communicative and easy to work with.

The people, my co-workers. We have each others back, we work really hard, we have A LOT of fun doing it as well.
