What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get paid fairly and decently to coach a game that I love and is all I have ever known.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was simple and straight to the point. I know where we are and I know where we need to be.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the kids I coach get better each day. Also the organization as a whole is getting better each day physically and mentally.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the best things about my team is how we are open to new ideas and want the same things for the organization.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is building the leaders of the organization closer together on where we are at as a team collectively and where we need to go from here.
