What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We celebrate our success, acknowledge performance, and everyone has an impact
Transparency and openness. Especially over the past year, the company made it easy for everyone to express their angst with what was happening with the pandemic, economy, racial tensions, election, etc..
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The environment is collaborative, innovative and fun
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was thorough and i had no surprises when i joined ad everyone was transparent
