I had a good experience at the company but they way I was let go was very unprofessional and they don't care about their employees.

most of all my coworkers work well together we just need a better management team

The managers attitude is absolutely horrible it makes for a very bad day at work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
their attitudes and the way they talk to their employees, if they want respect they need to give respect!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the best part is that we get holiday and vacation and birthday pay we also are offered insurance to qualify individuals
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
when we get very busy people get stressed out (our gm) and its gets to be a very uncomfortable environment for everyone

It was a different gm that interviewed me and I loved listening to her and what she had to say about the company
