I basically just showed up for the interview and was hired immediately

The work is easy and shifts tend to go by pretty fast. Most of the coworkers are friendly

They seem to genuinely care about the employees and see us as people. They will work around your home life.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are friendly for the most part, but there tends to be a lot of drama between the older women.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most employees want to have a good time, and there are only a few employees which makes it easy to get along
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've worked there for two years and only make $8 an hour, I should make much more than that. There are no benefits at all.
