What makes you most happy at work?When the customers get what they asked for and they say thank you when they walk out of the day satisfied
What did you like most about the interview process?The interviewer doesnt look down on you as a person who wont get the job they seem fair about everything and it was a smooth process
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They need to stop dropping my hours and maybe be a bit more helpful towards the other employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?It isnt a very good place to work at, i never get raises even though i have been working there for 5 years now
