
Every department has an incentive plan. (Company goals get hit, then everyone in the company gets a little bonus!)
They all really care about their employee's and it is clear to see. You can talk to them like they are a normal co-worker, and not someone above you!
It is usually a 3 round interview process. 1st is a phone interview, then a video interview, and then a final. The process was smooth and quick. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. It felt more like a conversation than getting drilled with questions.
