CEO is realistic about the quality of the product, positioning in overall market, and improvements needed.
The leadership team truly cares about the well being of the company and communicating any challenges that arise so we can all solve them together.

Long term vision, holistic thinking, letting the doers execute without thrashing

Medical, dental, and vision coverage

Executive team is accessible and open to feedback
People Ops has put a lot of investment into company culture and team building - identifying core values, enabling social outings, and celebrating wins.
