What are some of the best things about your team?There are some really talented and good working people here.
What did you like most about the interview process?Easy going - paper work process started 2 weeks after the interview
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The only positive thing about it is working from home.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Customer service is slow at answering. They give generic answers without looking at your request. Change the Director and Assistant Director of VBS.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?My coworkers were always No show, no call - managers won't do anything about it even though they don't show up for their shift.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership team need to get better at hounding people who are not working when theyre supposed go be working. Overworking employees is not the answer to make your customers feel happy.
