Very generous benefits package, base salary and bonus structure.
Unlimited vacation, good health insurance coverage, great in-office perks.
Healthy salary & equity, plus a competitive benefits package to any tech company. The company recently added "Flex Fridays", giving employees one Friday per month as an additional holiday to the standard set.
We are not at the head of the pack in terms of compensation, but we're doing amazing technical work.

Paying people what they are worth
Planet often brings in tenured employees, under-levels them when compared to market. There is no real career growth. Rampant favoritism and office politics is often what leads to office promotion. You may see a 2 year experience person and 20 years experience person in the same team
