Complete responsibility shifts, little to no guidance/training, misleading advertisement of job role, frustrating lack of effort/sens of responsibility from some managers. I've also come to discover very little care/integrity for product and an uninspired vision for the business.

Project management needs to be streamlined so co-workers can be more aware of each other's work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There need to be some big steps taken in quality control for there to be a better sense of integrity and pride in the products. More clearly defined roles and responsibilities. Some more encouragement for social interactions, co-worker bonding, open communication.
