Comp packahe is not the best but is fair

Project management needs to be streamlined so co-workers can be more aware of each other's work.

Culture is very supportive ans helpful

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There need to be some big steps taken in quality control for there to be a better sense of integrity and pride in the products. More clearly defined roles and responsibilities. Some more encouragement for social interactions, co-worker bonding, open communication.
