They're seasoned from top companies before Plated. They see people as the key to the business success

Taking care of employees and developing and keeping talent.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I can earn bonus based on company and my own performance
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company clearly doesn't care about its employees that actually get things done while it has VPs drawing fat salaries and sitting idly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They take pride in what they do. They're smart and fun

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Providing great meals and service to customers and having fun together growing Plated.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There's not time to get quality work done and everything is slipshod and driven from poor exec leadership.
