I like that my teammates are dedicated to creating the best product in this field while making sure to have everyone's back. As a parent, having the freedom to schedule my own working hours while being trusted & working remotely has been huge. I also like the management & the DEI initiative.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a true vision and care about the rest of the team. That is rare and should be valued.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexibility: full remote work + flexible hours + ownership + a push towards more DEI means everyone can be themselves. This is what I like the most.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The transparency and the honesty of the interviewers. I knew I could trust them all, which ultimately made me join them (on top of having a great product). Trust and benevolence speak volume.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That it is truly fair based on my skill set and experiences, and takes into account my commitment. I know that some companies pay more, but these typically don't offer stability nor sometimes vision.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I am in are always trying to help each other out when needed, which is the way it should be. We also strive towards the same goal, and engaging with them at work or outside is always a pleasure :)
