Mr. Paul B. Middleton, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Plug Power Inc. since December 1, 2014. Mr. Middleton served as Corporate Treasurer and Director of Finance, Treasury Operations & New Business Development at Rogers Corp. since 2007 and 2010 respectively and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Middleton served as Corporate Controller of Rogers Corp. from December 2001 to August 2007. He served as Acting Principal Accounting Officer of Rogers Corp., from March 2005 to February 2006. Mr. Middleton served as Acting Chief Financial Officer of Rogers Corp., from March 11, 2005 to February 1, 2006. He served as Division Controller for Cooper Industries from November 1999 to December 2001, as Internal Audit Manager of Cooper Industries from December 1997 to November 1999, as Audit Manager for KPMG Peat Marwick from April 1996 to December 1997. He has led several successful acquisitions and integration projects, multiple facility and capacity expansions and numerous cost reduction initiatives. Prior to his extensive tenure with Rogers Corporation, he managed all financial administration for the $900 million tools division of Cooper Industries. He has shown expertise in growing companies through innovative and strategic financial leadership. Mr. Middleton holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a BBA from the University of Central Florida. Additionally, he is a Certified Public Accountant.
