They maintain a positive and optimistic outlook, despite the fact that everything is complete chaos just a couple organizational rungs below.

The amount of time I get to stay away from work and still get paid

Benefits offer are great better than some companies

There is no appreciation or accountability.
More money and change my contract to salary plus.

We all work together very well..
