Drop the startup mentality and lay out a 5-year plan. Get side projects cash flow positive or put them aside as they are a major distraction for Plugable's strategy needs.
The compensation package used to be just an all-cash salary offer, but over time Plugable has been flexible and generous to introduce many other perks like retirement, healthcare, PTO, and other policies to meet the needs of their growing team.

Plugable coworkers are eager for opportunities to prove themselves and grow. However, lack of training and documentation leads to frequent false starts and frustration on failed product launches and internal projects. More structure would help us all focus on what is right, instead of who is right.
