I need a salary review
Yes, need real raises to reward work. Raises here are pennies and taxed

To keep quiet and just do their work
Need teamwork not delegation. One person does it all

It is rather diverse now
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
No more politics. Lifers adding little value need to go

Very broad and encompassing all aspects of the job
