very low, the management of the quant business is very political and toxic, the HR department is a joke here and busy with conducting useless surveys calling outside consultants that has not brought about any improvement. The quantitative business is a revolving door with a high turnover, all the articles in media is a PR trying to show a best face after the epic insider trading scandal at the firm
