Employees are just a number for this company, Revolving door and not even an effort to retain, Micromanaging and overwhelming amount of work expected with bad compensation

Work together, open to individual ideas and knowledge

Coworkers have no say as the manager is very controlling

Teamwork you lose we lose attitude

Change the senior leadership team and get people who know what they ate doing.
