POPSUGAR Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The efforts and hours I spent helping the company during some special events are well appreciated and compensated.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It is really hard to get promoted unless you ingratiate yourself to leadership or have a personal connection. I found these connections hard to make in such a cliquey, non-inclusive environment.
