Positive Reviews From POPSUGAR Employees

  • What is the best part about your compensation package?

    Friendly, cooperative and extremely knowledgeable.
  • What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendly, helpful, positive, informative and pretty (employees).

Constructive Feedback From POPSUGAR Employees

  • What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I think there needs to be a reassessment of values. The company is all gloss and no substance.
  • What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The entire culture needs a revamp. Very cliquey non-inclusive place. Feels like high school, honestly.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is really hard to get promoted unless you ingratiate yourself to leadership or have a personal connection. I found these connections hard to make in such a cliquey, non-inclusive environment.
