What is the best part about your compensation package? The efforts and hours I spent helping the company during some special events are well appreciated and compensated.
What are some of the best things about your team?Friendly, cooperative and extremely knowledgeable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Friendly, helpful, positive, informative and pretty (employees).
What needs to change to make the company culture better?I think there needs to be a reassessment of values. The company is all gloss and no substance.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? The entire culture needs a revamp. Very cliquey non-inclusive place. Feels like high school, honestly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? It is really hard to get promoted unless you ingratiate yourself to leadership or have a personal connection. I found these connections hard to make in such a cliquey, non-inclusive environment.
