What do you like best about the leadership team?
They work well together during threesomes

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Portillo's does a good job with pay, bonus, benefits, and stock compensation.
The ability to grow with the company
We are offered more than minimum wage and given numerous options for benefits, and receive what we need.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If there was a difference in management it would be worth my time
All managers are undervalued and overworked. We are treated unfairly by General mangers who are unwilling to schedule correctly
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are a lot of really smart people at Portillo's.
Everybody is so kind and patient
We all know each other which makes for a smooth, comfortable work environment.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to learn how to Work with each other
They need to do their jobs
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Portillo's puts its team members first, leading with its company values. We work hard and play hard.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Learn to keep a positive attitude
Hire people who actually want to work
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked meeting the leadership team. And we got to go to the restaurant.
