Our Associate VP/CIO (Kirk Kelly) is an amazing leader. While he is great on the tech side of things, he shines in how much he cares for his staff; his motto "employees are our number one value" is obvious in his actions. Employeoes love him and we are lucky to have him on our side.

My standard benefits are amazing (healthcare, pension with my share covered). The additional tuition remission and ability to audit classes for free has greatly improved my career and knowledge.

Everyone is really passionate about supporting the PSU mission through technology. They try hard and want to support the PSU community and each other. I'm so grateful to work with so many awesome people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People really care about one another, there is a really strong focus on employee engagement
people are willing to learn and adopt new technology
my boss is rarely in the office so that is nice
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was practical and relevant - they asked questions that directly correlated to the work I would be doing. They also provided opportunities to meet with several groups of people within the organization.
