Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A reasonable commissions plan - nobody is hitting the unrealistic numbers. Come to terms that the addressable market is very small, be reasonable!
Sales cycles are extremely unique and often long, improve moral by being transperant and recognizing fact to treat employees fairly. Exude servant leadership.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Embrace servant leadership and listen. The market has evolved quickly and we need to be nimble and honest to ensure long term relevance. We need to operate as one team, that requires trust across all efforts. Monologues and belabored pontification is polorizing and feels desperate. Earn trust!
