Gavin comes to PosiGen with over 17 years of Executive Sales leadership experience in the telecom industry, working for Verizon, leading large sales organizations in direct selling, telemarketing, customer service and CRM Marketing campaigns. He is known for developing teams, increasing revenue, and creating processes to enhance the customer experience. While at Verizon, he received multiple awards around sales performance as well as developing CRM tools around customer retention. Most recently, Gavin comes to PosiGen from ADP where he led the Upstate NY market as Vice President of Sales overseeing direct sales and operations, leading the team through transition to virtual sales while maintaining year over year growth. As a native of Connecticut, Gavin is familiar with the PosiGen landscape within the Northeast and is eager to grow the footprint throughout the Northeast and across the country. Gavin holds an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston as well as a Bachelor of Arts
