The leadership team at PosiGen is amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure employees are happy in their position and also try to help us in our personal lives. PosiGen is truly a family company. We are all family here no matter if your in leadership or just starting out.
When it is time to step up and show that they understand the companies vision and help people in time of need.

the bonuses are fair for work put in
The health insurance that the company pays 75% of the premiums and the dollar for dollar 401k match that PosiGen provides.

PosiGen pays their employees very well and we have many benefits to help us provide for our families.
That we have received annual performance raises.

Most of mid-management and directors have a good working relationship. We talk issues out.
