The leadership team is mission driven and the company's mission drives our daily actions. They also always look out for the best interest of employees. For example, paying for hotel rooms and repairing roofs after a hurricane hit Louisiana.
PosiGen's leadership team is truly invested in the company's mission. That shines through our daily business activities, recruiting efforts, and team members. The leadership team also focuses on retention efforts through equal pay, top notch benefits, personal growth, and internal promotions.
