Ms. Scott served as a Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Weyerhaeuser Realty Investors, Inc. She served as a Counsel at The Boeing Company in Seattle for 13 years with broad responsibilities including transactional law, securities, mergers and acquisitions, domestic and international joint ventures and corporate finance. She was an Associate at O'Melveny & Meyers and Riddell, Williams, Bullitt & Walkinshaw. Ms. Scott holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, an M.A. in Old World Archaeology from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of California at Berkeley.
