  • Generally, the vibe is positive and supportive. I work a lot--but I enjoy the work. I probably work 50 hours a week on average. Many of my co-workers work a standard 40 hour work week with an occasional push. My boss is not watching the clock.

  • The general vibe is great. Communication is generally unhindered, even despite co-workers in different locations and timezones. Usually, I put in 40 hours of work, occasionally staying late to meet a deadline, but others on the team are not so lucky.
