Our people understand that what they're doing makes a difference not only for our customers, but the world. Climate change is real, and we're doing things that can help mitigate that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The single best thing about our team is that we're not afraid to try things. If things don't work, it's not a failure, it's a learning opportunity. We course correct and move on with some great information.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team grinds every day to get the job done. They are constantly trying to find ways to make the company better as it grows, and they're not afraid to pivot when needed for the betterment of the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the best part of my compensation package is that it is incredibly fair. Having been part of other industries where compensation has been an issue, being part of POWERHOME SOLAR has been a breath of fresh air. You are recognized for your hard work, too.
