What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. Actually caring for your employees and showing it. Be fair across the board.

Management does not care for the employees. Forced overtime daily, short employees. Some job titles should have 4 associates but only have 1
Focusing on sales. Not focusing on promoting the wrong people, while losing their best people.
Listening to their employees opinion and safety concerns and really actually acting on them.

EVERYTHING! There is NO leadership. Just pizza parties every few months to make up for the lack of improvements in work conditions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More focus on actual merit
paid less than same/comparable position at other companies in the same industry. narrowing the gap to market would be appreciated.
Higher pay would make me feel better
We are paid lower than other comparable jobs. 2% pay increase with 10% inflation. They give no choice but to leave.
I believe there should be no discrimination about the benefits given between the lead/ manager and the specialist. It should apply the same to all except for the HOD. Others, I believe that the outpatient claims of yearly RM2,000 for one family is too low.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Hire quality, competent, willing individuals
Openness, authenticity, acceptance of critical feedback
Better communicate expectations and hold all employees to the same standard

Top leadership should be removed/replaced.
Can't be fixed in my opinion
Need new upper managment and better wages.

Ask questions to better determine integrity.

No inventory or support for stores.
Truly 2 populations are represented: the arrogant and the helpful colleagues. The situation is acknowledged at the higher level but little is done to change it
