Ms. Veronica H. Foley has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Precision Drilling Corporation since April 2016 and its Corporate Secretary since January 9, 2015 and served as its Vice President of Legal since January 9, 2015. Ms. Foley served as the Corporate Counsel for the U.S. Operations at Precision Drilling Corporation. She serves as a director of Houston Bar Foundation and Girls Inc. Before joining Precision, she worked seven years for a large multinational law firm, in its Houston and New York offices. Ms. Foley holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and French from Baylor University, and a doctor of jurisprudence degree from South Texas College of Law.
