- What do you like best about the leadership team?Our leadership team uses their expertise to provide strategic and operational leadership to PSS. They work together to carry out our corporate strategy and know how to unleash the most from their teams, crafting purpose and meaning into our company culture while delivering results.
- What are some of the best things about your team?We each contribute our fair share of the workload and offer each other support. In team meetings we communicate openly with each other, sharing thoughts, opinions and ideas. More importantly, we agree on set team goals and really enjoy each others company.
- What makes you most happy at work?Sociable colleagues to work with, flexibility and doing work that has meaning for me, constructive feedback from my boss, an open-minded executive team, approachable and caring CEO, healthy work-life balance, and being part of an honest workplace that makes me feel proud and respected.
