Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Just need help with work duties, and at least provided a proper uniform instead of our own.
I am not treated as a team member and am kept in the dark about most things.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Just a good group of people to work with
Kind. Informative. Helpful. Caring. Safety.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We need more training on correct record keeping. Teamwork could be encouraged more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Again incompetent management is running the place into the ground
Better managers. Management needs to be more transparent and trustworthy.
What did you like most about the interview process?
HR is extremely nice and friendly
It does not feel like an intense interrogation.

What makes you most happy at work?
Sharing the same respect as my coworkers for our work.
Seeing our managers not leaving work earlier than everyone else. I am most happy when I am asked for my opinion and feel everyone is working to a specific goal.
